I’m sure everyone is wondering about the Wednesday Update. Well, sorry. Working hard to polish up all the data for the Q2 Forecast. Here are some quick thoughts though.
BTC: Here’s the text from Sunday.
We approached the ceiling and the RSI began to decline to signal our retracement. I’m still operating with the expectations of $44k being the floor for this test. Monitoring the intraday timeframes for bullish divergence will give an idea of the floor holding or not.
ETH:
Again, from last Sunday’s post.
ETH moved up to resistance with the same declining RSI movements with a midline and bottom band bearish break signaling the resistance hold. Bullish divergence on intraday timeframes will signal the end of the selloff. I am not anticipating prices below the recently broken range high at $3050.
Sorry for the silence. Tomorrow everyone will be getting the Q2 Forecast. Hope you enjoy it and can get some use from it. Today isn’t a day to panic. Every big move will have some period of exhaustion before it resumes. Technicals are supporting that notion at the moment. For short-term trading, I look at declining RSI at resistances as a time to consider taking profits on profitable positions. For long-term investments, I don’t do anything with intraday timeframe bearishness, all is still well in that regard.
