The boxed-in second at the bottom of the post dictates both the price action I was expecting and the exit conditions of the trade: a bearish divergence setup, and RSI lower band trigger.
Here’s how that went and is still going because I waited for confirmation of my exit trigger.
It’s important to make a plan before you ever enter a trade and wait for those conditions to be true. This way you’ll never have to bury your face in your hands because you got nervous and exit the position too early.
